This includes, but is not limited to, laws concerning advertising standards, public decency, cultural sensitivities, zoning, property use, and business licensing in Saudi Arabia. Obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for the display of ad content and the operation of the ad space. The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all ad content. Any claims, disputes, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from or in connection with their use of ad spaces or the content displayed. Adzone explicitly disclaims any responsibility or liability for: The legality, safety, quality, or existence of any ad spaces listed. The truth or accuracy of listings. The performance or conduct of Listers or Renters. Any failure by Listers or Renters to comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, or licenses. Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from transactions conducted on the platform.
